All fees are in SGD and payable by Credit card or Bank Transfer via secure online payment. Fee periods switch automatically at midnight SGT (UTC +8).

Registration opens online on 15 March 2026. The entire process takes approximately 10 minutes.

Choose your location: Singapore, Overseas (LMIC), or Overseas (non – LMIC). Then select your category and any add-ons — such as Member or Non-member.

Registering 5 colleagues from the same institution or society? Use the Group Registration pathway for a single coordinated booking with one consolidated invoice.
- One coordinator registers and pays for all delegates

Group Registration Details
Important Dates
Visa Invitation Letter
Many international delegates require a visa to enter Singapore. The ASDP 2026 Congress Secretariat can issue official invitation letters to support your visa application. This service is available to all paid, confirmed registrants.
How to Request Your Visa Invitation Letter
Complete your registration and payment in full. The invitation letter service is only available to delegates with confirmed, paid registrations.
Log in to your registration portal using the link in your confirmation email. Navigate to My Registration → Request Visa Letter.
Submit your passport details — full name as shown on passport, passport number, nationality, and date of birth.
Receive your letter by email within 5–7 business days. The letter is issued on ASDP 2026 official letterhead and signed by the Congress Secretariat.
ℹ️ Important
An invitation letter confirms your congress registration — it does not guarantee visa approval. The decision rests solely with Singapore immigration authorities. Please apply well in advance of the congress.
SG Visa-Free Countries
Citizens of many countries can enter Singapore visa-free for stays of up to 30 days. Please check with the Singapore Embassy or Consulate in your country for the latest entry requirements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Secretariat@asdp2026.org. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

Notes:
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Refunds will be processed after the congress.
- All queries and requests for cancellation should be directed to the Congress Secretariat.
- Please note that the GST paid cannot be refunded.
- Transaction fees / payment gateway charges are not included in the above packages and will be charged additionally at checkout.
- Doctors – for registered medical practitioners eligible for CME in Singapore (e.g. physicians or specialists registered with the relevant medical council).
- General - for delegates who do not fit into any of the specific registration categories.
- Researcher - for researchers affiliated with academic institutions or public healthcare organisations.
- Trainee / Student / Technician - for residents, trainees and students currently in training or education programme, or laboratory technologists/ technical staff. Supporting documents required.
- Industry - for representatives from medical device companies, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device companies, or other commercial organisations.
- Exhibitor - for representatives of companies participating as exhibitors in the conference.
Note: Overseas delegates will register under either LMIC or Non-LMIC categories based on the country of residence.
Transaction fees/ payment gateway charges are not included in the published fees and will be charged separately.
